We are pleased to announce our participation as exhibitors at the World Tunnel Congress (WTC) 2026, one of the most important global events for the tunnelling and underground infrastructure industry. The congress will take place from May 15 to 21, 2026, at the Palais des congrès de Montréal, bringing together thousands of professionals, engineers, contractors, and industry leaders from around the world.

WTC 2026 is organized by the International Tunnelling and Underground Space Association (ITA) in collaboration with the Tunnelling Association of Canada. This edition focuses on the theme, “Connecting Communities through Underground Infrastructure,” showcasing how tunnels and underground spaces contribute to sustainable mobility and modern urban development. The event will also feature keynote sessions, technical discussions, workshops, and a large exhibition area where companies present the latest technologies and innovations in the sector.

Gave’s contribution to tunnel safety and underground works

At Gave we have collaborating with leading experts in ventilation industry for over 20 years. Our solutions are trusted in applications such as tunnels and underground construction.

At WTC 2026, we will present our range of fire rated switch disconnectors designed in accordance with requirements and regulatory standards of the most complex underground infrastructures, including:

·         High thermal stress in fire scenarios, up to 400 °C for 120 minutes.

·         Critical ventilation control, ensuring smoke extraction and fresh air supply.

·         Reliable power continuity, even in emergency conditions.

·         Difficult installation and maintenance conditions, requiring compact and modular designs.

These systems are designed to ensure safe operation, quick isolation, and reliable performance in extreme conditions.
