In compliance with the provisions of article 11 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter, LOPDGDD), GAVE informs you that the personal data you provide us during your browsing and/or through filling out forms on the website will be subject to processing by GAVE, in order to manage the services offered. We process the information you provide us as a customer and of the contact persons who participate in the commercial relationship while it is valid, in order to maintain the contractual and commercial relationship, perform administrative tasks related to said services and offer you optimal and high-quality service through the website and/or as indicated in the data protection clause attached to the form you just filled out.

How do we use your data?

At GAVE we process the information our customers give us in order to provide the requested services.

We use the information you decide to give us to provide you with high-quality service, as well as to ensure the functioning of the service. The information provided will also allow you to access and use our website and to provide you with information on products and services.

We also use the information we have to counter harmful or suspicious behavior or breaches of our conditions and policies, to detect and prevent spam and to preserve the integrity of our products, services and collected data. We take the pertinent security measures for the data collected and the purposes of the processing to guarantee the confidentiality and security of your personal data when they are subject to processing to the extent that our entity has implemented the processing policies and security measures referenced in current European data protection regulations.  The processing policies and security measures implemented at GAVE are intended to prevent the alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized use of your personal data.

We also use the information you provide us to respond when you contact us and to communicate with you in situations in which it is legally permitted to do so.

GAVE may be present on social media. The processing of the personal data of followers of GAVE's official pages on social media will be governed by this section, as well as by any conditions of use, privacy policies or access regulations of the social network in question in each case and previously accepted by the GAVE user. Your data will be processed in order to correctly administer your presence on the social network, informing you of GAVE activities, products and services, as well as for any other purpose permitted by the rules of the social network. We will never use the social media profiles of our followers to send advertising on an individual basis.

By checking and accepting the box for commercial communications, you expressly consent for GAVE to send you a newsletter with news items, marketing messages, advertising and/or information related to our company, the services we provide and/or our products, as well as to inform you about our policies and conditions.

The data collected will not be processed in any way incompatible with the purposes indicated above.

Which information do we collect?

The type of information collected by GAVE depends on how you use the website. You can find information about what we collect and how to delete it in the section of this Privacy Policy on exercising rights.

-       We collect the information you provide us when browsing our website, specifically the identification and registration data you enter on forms and the data and messages you send us through them. These data may include: your full name, telephone number and email address, as well as other data necessary to process your request or message.

-       We may receive identification information when you send us an email or when you contact us.

-       We may receive, currently or in the future, identification information when you access or log into another web page, such as a social network, from our website. This may include text and/or images with your Personally Identifiable Information available on those third-party pages.

Responding to the forms provided to receive information about the services offered by GAVE, as well as to any other questionnaire that may be provided in the future, is entirely optional. However, the customer or user's refusal to provide certain data may make it impossible to provide the services offered by GAVE.

Where does the information collected come from?

The information we collect through the website comes exclusively from you. We do not receive data from third parties or from publicly accessible sources.

What legal basis legitimizes us to process the data collected?

The legal basis for processing your data is as follows:

-       The performance of the contract to which GAVE and you or the company you represent is party, or for the application of pre-contractual measures.

-       The legitimate interest of GAVE.

-       GAVE's fulfillment of legal requirements.

Do we keep your data?

The personal data provided are kept for the time necessary to fulfill the intended purposes of the processing. The amount of time we keep your data will depend on the purposes for which they are collected and GAVE's fulfillment of legal requirements. The data will be kept as long as the interested party does not request their erasure. For more information about how to erase your data, see the section of this Privacy Policy on exercising rights. The data obtained will be kept while the contractual relationship with the customer is maintained and after it has terminated, as long as there are liabilities under current mercantile or fiscal law and to comply with professional obligations.

How do we update your information?

All the information you provide through registration or filling out forms on the website must be truthful. Likewise, it will be your responsibility to maintain all the information provided to GAVE updated, so that it always reflects your real situation. You will be exclusively responsible for any false or inaccurate statements you make and of the damages caused to GAVE or to third parties due to the information you provide.

We ask that you immediately notify GAVE of any change or modification to the data you have provided us, so that they truthfully reflect your personal situation at all times.

How can you exercise your rights?

In accordance with the LOPDGDD, you have the following rights:

-       Right to obtain confirmation of whether or not GAVE is processing your personal data.

-       Right to request access to the personal data about you that we have.

-       Right to request their correction or erasure. For example, you may request that your email address be changed if it is incorrect or request the erasure of the data GAVE has when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, among other reasons. When data is erased, we only keep those which have been blocked for compliance with legal obligations.

-       Right to request the limitation of their processing. For example. You have the right to limit the processing of your data for marketing purposes, asking us to unsubscribe you from the newsletter or commercial messages. In this case, we only keep the data for the exercise or defense of claims.

-       Right to oppose processing and withdraw your consent at any time. For example, you can ask GAVE to stop processing your data without that affecting the legality of the processing based on your prior consent now revoked, wherein GAVE would stop processing the data except for legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defense of potential claims.

-       Right to the portability of the data in a computerized medium to another data processor in any of the processing situations permitted under LOPDGDD.

-       Information that you want to access, rectify, erase, limit the processing of, or request portability of

Likewise, interested parties can file a complaint with the competent Data Protection Control Authority, especially when they are not satisfied with the exercise of their rights.

Do we transfer or cede your data to third parties?

Data will not be communicated or transferred to third parties, except to possible Data Processors (vendors that provide service to our company).

GAVE may share your information with various governmental authorities in response to hearings, judicial orders or other legal processes or for any other matter required by law. Your data will not be communicated to third parties except when legally required to the Tax Agency, Courts and Tribunals, Banks and Financial Institutions for issues related to payment for the services and to our partners if necessary for fulfilling the service.

For your convenience and interest we may provide links to web pages managed by various organizers (“Third-party pages”). We do not divulge your information to these third-party pages without your consent.  Even so, we do not approve and are not liable for the privacy practices of these pages.
